EL DORADO – On June 9, over 7,000 people will visit Butler County to attend the Symphony in the Flint Hills Signature Event in Rosalia. Each year, we offer the residents of our host county the opportunity to purchase tickets to this sell-out event before they go on sale to the public. We want to make the process as easy as possible. That’s why we’re asking El Dorado businesses to serve as Business Ambassadors, to help us spread the word.
Would your business like to serve as a Business Ambassador?
Our pre-sale event happens Saturday, February 24 to Friday, March 2.
Here’s how it will work:
All local businesses interested in serving as a Business Ambassador will receive:
1. Postcards for customers with information for purchasing tickets.
2. Buttons for employees to wear during the week of the pre-sale.
In return, during the pre-sale week, Symphony in the Flint Hills, Inc. will:
- Feature (and link to) each business in a Facebook post on the organization’s page with 8,000+ followers and will encourage shoppers to visit your place of business and ask employees how they can learn more about the pre-sale event.
- Promote Business Ambassadors at the El Dorado Train Depot on Feb. 24 during the pre-sale kick-off event.
